The Power of Positive Affirmations

Positive Affirmations have been gaining some traction the last couple of years. Positive affirmations are statements that affirm something that is true.  These statements can help with feelings of anxiety, developing resilience to bullying, improving self-esteem, creating positive self talk, developing a growth mindset and encouraging perseverance. 

Positive affirmations can be easily incorporated into any routine.  You can use them while getting your child ready in the morning, on the drive/walk to school, or simply when they are having a bad day.  Below is a list of affirmations you can try with your child.
