Get up and get moving with your kids!

It is always important to make exercise a part of your daily routine, but it can be hard to be motivated to get moving. It can be a lot of fun if you involve your children in the exercise and can increase motivation by seeing them get moving as well. Going outside to walk, play and explore are wonderful activities on sunny days, but when the weather is bad and you are stuck inside, try dancing, silly exercises or yoga! GoNoodle is a great website that teachers often use in schools to do brain break activities and to fuse exercise into the day with these sorts of physical activities.
